“By the First Flight” is the community of Russian citizens who want to develop Russia as a democratic state, where human rights and freedoms are acknowledged , respected and upheld. Russia must become a country that recognizes citizens, not rulers, as a main value. A country that respects the sovereignty of other states and always chooses peace over war.

We, who sometimes take different positions on certain political issues, are united by values and beliefs. We, all involved in the activities of the «First Flight»:

• consider the Putin regime criminal and we oppose the war he unleashed in Ukraine;
• recognize the territorial integrity and sovereignty of other states, adhere to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries and other principles of international law;
• recognize as inalienable the right to freedom of speech, freedom of the media, freedom of assembly, freedom of association, the right to liberty and security of person, as well as other human rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
• adhere to the principles of the rule of law and the separation of powers, stand for fair elections and real federalism;
• support an economic system based on private property and market relations;
• stand for dialogue and cooperation with the democratic community.
